H&M Group is looking for Energy Efficiency Specialist 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing the routines to evaluate energy efficiency improvement opportunities that go far beyond the low-hanging fruits at both the facility and production process level in regional supply chains.
- Conducting energy audits and co-create action plans with suppliers to secure the implementation of the recommended improvement activities.
- Build a long-term roadmap for energy efficiency improvement in the region that aligns with the global roadmap together with internal stakeholders.
- And also educate both internal and external stakeholder on energy related topics and technology opportunities and developments.
- Build strong relationships with our suppliers and stakeholders to ensure continuous collaboration in constantly improving the energy management of our suppliers, and that best practices are effectively implemented to ensure impactful and measurable decarbonization results.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- University graduate in engineering, preferably specialized in textile or apparel related topics.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a relevant field and preferably with an energy service company.
- Hands-on experience with energy assessment is a must, including data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of textile manufacturing processes and techniques, as well as related energy efficiency technologies
- Understanding of renewable energy technologies is a plus.
- As a person we also believe you have: Ability to analyze data and communicate them in a simple and inspiring way.
- Clear communication skills including written and verbal presentation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with internal and external stakeholder engagement
