Job Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing relationships with kitchen operators on a day-to-day basis to understand how we can help them become successful with our product offerings.
  • Onboarding new accounts and implementing a launch playbook across a variety of markets
  • Working cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering teams.
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
  • Keeping accurate records about inventory and account notes.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.

  • You have previous work experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Customer Success at a high-growth startup.
  • You have 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success: client communications via phone and email.
  • You can collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
  • You have adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent active listening skills.
  • Fluent in English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
