Foodpanda is looking for Operations Coordinator- Shared Kitchen 2025 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Open the facility and check all the Utility connections with safety measures.
- Ensure that all foods & products are constantly prepared and served according to the preparation time.
- Check every vendor’s kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards, communicate with the relevant person if they’re not following it, and take corrective action.
- Proactively communicating with kitchen vendors & riders to hand over food.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the restaurant runs on time. If there are any issues with staff or product availability, immediately raise a flag to the relevant team to resolve.
- Always ensure a sense of urgency from all kitchen team members.
- Ensure that all equipment is kept clean & kept in excellent working condition
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules.
- Prepare all the financial reports and submit them to the relevant team transparently for payment and deduction.
- Identify and solve operational challenges to avoid any discrepancy in operations for the rider with vendors.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership.
