Daraz is searching for Jr. Executive (Support & Services) 2022 in Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Configure and maintain Mikrotik Router, Cisco Switch, Access Point and Wifi Router
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Possibly training more junior staff members
- Manage external vendors relationships and services
- Assist IT projects and ensure proper implementation

Eligibilities
Job Requirements
- Graduate in CSE / IT from any reputed University
- Advanced knowledge of Computer hardware, software and network
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Installation
- Advanced knowledge of Applications Software and System driver installation
- Advanced Concept of user handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to multitask
