Daraz is looking for Key Account Manager – Fashion (Commercial) 2025 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Building Strong Relationship & Brand communication, guiding KAs on assortments to explore their full potential, ensuring Quarter on Quarter Growth.
  • Share the monthly seller wise target & give insights/suggestions to the KAs to meet MoM GMV target & overall KAs sales growth, Each KAMs will be given Seller wise MoM & QoQ Targets which needs to be followed up on a DoD basis.
  • For the Low RR KAs, share/execute KA wise campaign plan to the Campaign Manager.
  • Executing Campaigns & Boosting with the collaboration of Campaign Manager to ensure more growth.
  • Follow up Category Performance, RR, Deep Category Performances(Both DoD & Monthly).
  • Seller Operational KPI follow-up(OOS,PT,QRR etc), Train KA on ASC Managements, Identifying issues & taking actions to resolve the issues in order to maintain positive seller growth.
  • Ensuring Seller Participation on Weekly Campaign, Mega Campaigns, Seller Promotional tools adaptations, Store Optimization etc.
  • Bi-Monthly Meeting with each Sellers to share & follow-up on their Target, RR, Growth Plans, Relationship buildup, Sharing Seller Level insights to improve Seller performance.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
  • Minimum 2- 4 years of working experiences in the relevant field. (Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development in fashion industry).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills in English & Bangla.
  • Strong analytical depth with a bias for execution.
  • Logical thinking process, fast learner.
  • Be enthusiastic, responsible, efficient, can work under pressure.
  • Entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent coaching abilities to train, motivate, and guide new sellers.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify root causes of performance challenges.
