Daraz is looking for CSR Project Manager – Regional 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing a Group CSR program framework which can be adapted and used by Daraz ventures as well as conducting periodic program reviews to assess outcomes and effectiveness
- Acting as the focal point for the Company’s CSR initiatives and building relationships with strategic community partners and key stakeholders
- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus, and promoting best practices
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Working with Marketing and PR teams to drive internal engagement and promote initiatives
- Managing budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
- Establishing a CSR Road map and project management plan.
- Supporting venture CSR Managers to design and deliver annual CSR plans

Eligibilities
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience within a similar role for at least 03 years
- Strong expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, nonprofit and government as well as program beneficiaries
- Proven effectiveness in driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes and cross-team projects to desired results
- Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex information into simple messages and concise communication materials, tailored for the audience
- Program Management experience
- Experience of working in South Asia
