Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
- Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of required goods and services.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of high-quality products.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to prevent stock outs or overstocking.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to manage budgets and control purchasing expenses.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities and report findings to management.
- Assist in resolving supplier issues, disputes, and performance concerns.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in procurement, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Strong negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and e-commerce supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
