Job Responsibilities
- Assisting students and guardians with financial and service-related queries
- Providing accounts clearance for students, including processing refunds as necessary
- Following up with students regarding outstanding receivables and payables
- Supporting various provision adjustments and helping in financial report preparation
- Reconciling bank deposits with the Connect software
- Providing support for ERP and academic software
- Assist teamwork and collaborating with the Student Services team

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized university, with a major in accounting.
- Professional qualification such as CA (CC) or partially qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in private universities will be given preference
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and effective use of the internet
- Proven ability to use initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identify appropriate solutions, and suggest areas for improvement
- Methodical approach to work with a high level of attention to detail
- Flexible attitude with a positive response to changing work requirements
- Clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professional ethics
