BRAC is looking for Senior Manager Sales, Aarong Natural (BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise) 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team across all channels (retail, distribution, institutional, modern trade) to drive performance and efficiency.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve regional and national sales targets.
- Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and budgets.
- Oversee sales operations, including order processing, inventory, and logistics coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and expand distribution networks.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Support product development and new product launches based on market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Liaise with Government and Non-Government Organizations as required.
- Develop and deliver commercial training for the sales team.
- Promote and implement safeguarding policies to ensure a safe and respectful work environment.
- Act as a safeguarding resource, supporting incident reporting and policy adherence.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education:
- The candidate should have a minimum graduation in any discipline from a reputed university ( BBA/MBA in marketing will be given preference) with a minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations
Additional Requirements:
- Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience will be given preference
Experience:
- At least 8 years
