BRAC is looking for Assistant General Manager, Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence, Business Development Unit, Microfinance Programmer 2022 in Dhaka

• Develop and drive AOP to track the progress against specific programmatic goals and spread the learning across the program.
• Drive process re-engineering to achieve operational excellence and to add more value to the client journey.
• Create an optimum model where cost efficiency is ensured while quality remains uncompromised.
• Drive different strategic engagements within and beyond BRAC to ensure holistic client service.
• Drive strategic partnerships with local and international businesses for exploring partnership opportunities to ensure economic empowerment of the marginalized people.
• Screen, assess and evaluate project concepts and feasibility for all kind of potential partnerships.

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
