BRAC is hiring Deputy Manager, SDU Unit 2022 in Dhaka.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finding out optimal events based on hiring needs, creating & arranging content accordingly. Managing
- Collaboration with internal & external platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Administering candidate Shortlisting process to maintain expected criteria.
- Preparing & Conducting induction plans for staff joined in different roles.
- Preparing & tracking of implementation of the staff development plan.
- Arranging Employee Engagement Activities, such as Weekly Refreshment Session, Meet & Greet Sessions,
- Representing initiatives in relevant forums, etc.
- Preparing Role wise competency-based questionnaire & tracking implementation of the process.
- Coordinate external, internal recruitment & talent assessment plan, deployment plan for implementingthe process of placing the right people in right place.
- Preparing & Maintaining Monthly Tracker for Demand vs Hiring Processe
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Administer & Design relevant staff development initiatives for Microfinance Programme to drive people goal of Microfinance Programme.
