BRAC is hiring Deputy Manager, Monitoring and Evaluation, Integrated Development Programme (IDP) 2022 in Itna, Kishoreganj
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify M&E issues and contribute to design issue-based monitoring in the online platform.
- Develop field level M&E plan and roll out in the field.
- Prepare quality M&E report and share with respective field team for further management decision making.
- Conduct qualitative study and write qualitative case study for programme.
- Support IDP in optimizing its data digitalization pilot, unified reporting requirement and integrating M&E data in real-time dashboard as per the Programme logframe result framework.
- Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for digital/real-time data handling with attention to all technical aspects.
- Formulate new real-time data collection techniques for quality data collection to ensure data integrity, accuracy and validity.
- Ensure the random cross verification of the project participants’ selection process.
- Monitor the financial support and progress of the assets/ enterprise
- Conduct periodic result-based monitoring, data analysis & report writing and sharing findings with the IDP Management and field team.
- Assist technical and field team for preparing project progress report
- Field activity follow up and sharing to the relevant staff regularly
- Ensure MIS and M&E data quality at the field level. Provide capacity building support field team.
- Develop digital monitoring tools & system for the programme.
- Support the team to plan and build staff capacity to use newly intervened digital monitoring systems and preparing the digital training modu
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so. Eligibilities
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Honours/Masters from any discipline preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems/ ICT4D, Anthropology, Economics, Agriculture, Developmental Studies, and Social Science from any recognized university.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Three (3) years of working experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data digitization, real time monitoring. Practical work experience on managing online monitoring dashboard as admin and ICT based practical knowledge will be given preference.
