Daraz is hiring Associate Product Manager – Product Management (Technology) 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the product support team and act as the primary product and support specialist for Alibaba products
- Create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms
- Product improvement identification
- Reporting to the Product Manager and collaborating with the regional product team
- Product configuration and resolving bugs
- Maintaining the stability of the product
- Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals
- Preparing project status and communicating accordingly
- Training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers
- Developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
- Maintaining strong customer relations and providing product support
- Gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback

Eligibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors in CSE, MIS or related field from a reputed university
- Minimum 04 years of experience in relevant field. 02 years experience in product related issue resolution
- Strong data analysis, reporting, excel and presentation skills with analytical ability
- Ability to adapt to new systems and technologies
- Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English is a must
- Good team management skills
- Previous experience in Jira or any relevant ticketing tool experience
- Fast learner and ability to break complex problems and solve them
