BRAC Bank is looking for Senior Manager, Property Management 2026 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing documents as per requirement of business, related to ownership (submitted to Property Management) to ensure its good right.
  • Assessing the legal risk factors and providing opinion to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare reply to legal notice served against Bank.
  • Maintaining MIS and rental database.
  • Prepare lease agreements, MOU, TOR (Terms of Reference), LOI (Letter of Intent), Office Memo/Correspondence etc. between Bank & landlords.
  • Carrying out legal consultation/ negotiation with the Landowner to ensure maximum benefit of the bank.
  • Assist other tasks related to Property Management

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record preferably in LLB, Business, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of working experience preferably in the relevant field
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office
  • Expert in drafting documents as per requirement
  • Proficient in dealing crisis or adverse situations.
  • Excellence in stakeholder management
  • Expert in customer centricity, ownership & delivering results, integrity, collaboration and developing others.
