BRAC is hiring Assistant Manager, Product Development 2022 in Gazipur, Dhaka.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct research on existing product, current consumer markets to increase the quality of products and develop new products concept
• Prepare the ISO documentation like SOP, QMS, WI and manual; face internal and external Audit
• Develop raw material, product recipe, finished product specifications and nutritional data
• Lead the commercialisation of new products and cost reduction to meet gross margin targets
• Design the processes of machineries and their specification for making products with a consistent quality
• Initiate technical improvements for existing production processes, check performance and quality of competitors products
• Conduct GMP audit at chilling center, store, sales and distribution points as per schedule
• Liaison with regulatory bodies (BSTI & BFSA) for receiving registration and CM license
• Compile, check and confirm product specifications, labeling, packaging dimension and material specifications as per regulatory requirements
• Perform any other task as and when required by the management

SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
