BAT is looking for an Analyst- IDT Services, 2025 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain application portfolio, ensure governance, manage services budget.
- Maintain technological roadmaps that support the business strategy, understands software architecture and drive towards best practices.
- Ensuring the achievement of digital portfolio objectives related to timeline, cost, resources, and quality.
- Ensures cyber security of applications, works with global team to improve Cyber KRI.
- Support cross-functional project teams to drive productivity, proactively removing obstacles to meet project goals and performance metrics.
- Monitors and capture performance to ensure fulfilment of application services as per SLA
- Performs ticketing and trend analysis to drive improvement plans via Service Review
- Ensures continuous compliance and security review, driving remediation actions arising across the IDT services portfolio
- Working with Regional teams to deliver global projects.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- BSc. in computer science or related field.
- Experience in IT service, infrastructure, or cybersecurity management.
- Strong understanding of cyber compliance, control frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
- Effective communicator with moderate proficiency in project delivery, budgeting, and vendor collaboration.
