Responsibilities

Analyze market intelligence and take appropriate strategic implementation actions and identify the potential of existing services and introduce changes as part of the overall life cycle management

Oversee development of a detailed roadmap on a quarterly basis in line with business plan and coordinate with Sales teams to ascertain market requirements and climate
-
Translate customer insights into innovative concepts and advise on new opportunities based on the evolution of technologies
-
Devise an effective distribution strategy for product through continuous reevaluation of existing distribution channels and revamping as required
-
Develop & maintain an understanding of customer segments, market and section performance; work with Marketing – Business Strategy and Strategic Projects to ensure market research, analysis and competitive intelligence is undertaken and utilized in product development

Review gap analysis based on the data and measure it in lieu of industry averages and pre-defined benchmarks and support all Marketing sub sections with regards to product development and support

Review business case prepared by team and make amendments as necessary prior to onward submission that are linked to business priorities and business strategies

Divide and delegate work areas to team and assign monthly targets and review daily reports on service revenue and subscriber usage statistics

Set weekly broadcast direction and supervise development of specific campaigns and analyze revenue trends to extend or retract services and introduce new campaigns as required

Ensure the team is equipped with the adequate knowledge; identify training requirements and build competency to develop resources, manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback and formal appraisal

Eligibilities
Required Academic Qualifications
- MBA or Master of Computer Science from any UGC approved university
Required Experience
- 10 – 12 years of total experience with 7-8 years of experience within Telecom Digital or AD-Tech sector (In SSP side of large publication house, DSP or exchange) with a proven track record in AD-Tech & Digital Product development
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of the telecommunication industry, Different component on AD Tech, market and environment & Product development. Product development
- In AD Tech have encyclopedic knowledge on AD Programmatic, Exchange, SSP, DSP & relevant value chains
- Have in hand work experience of digital product development, AD Sourcing and AD-Tech integration with digital products. Proven track record of monetizing Digital Products with AD revenue will be given prioritization
- Sound understanding of the commercial unit and especially through knowledge in marketing and all its respective functions, good analytics and problem solving ability clubbed with decision, making project management and consumer insight
- Strong knowledge in product & pricing, DATA and VAS portfolio management
- Experience in AD-Tech, DCB & App Store Communication (ATL & BTL)
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Good commercial acumen
