Job Responsibilities:
- Clean, structure, and maintain workforce data for accuracy and consistency.
- Create reports, dashboards, and trend analyses to support HR decisions.
- Build custom Excel visuals and conduct data audits to ensure reliable HR metrics.
- Provide timely, accurate reports and insights to support senior HR leadership.
- Maintain and update HRIS (e.g., Rippling) to ensure data integrity and automation.
- Partner with the Sr. HR Analyst to improve onboarding, offboarding, and transfer workflows.
- Troubleshoot HR system issues and support system migrations/integrations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and develop self-service HRIS resources.
- Promote best practices for structured HR data collection and system usage.
- Support global data consistency and automation across systems.
- Deliver clear, concise workforce reports for leadership insights.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in HR systems, workforce analytics, finance, or data reporting with a focus on data accuracy and automation.
- Advanced Excel skills (advanced pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, etc. data cleaning, and visualization)—this role is Excel heavy. Must be able to pass a case study
- Experience working with messy, unstructured data and transforming it into clear, accurate reports.
- Strong ability to build workforce dashboards in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize HR data.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, UKG, Greenhouse, ADP, or SAP.
- Understanding of HR process automation, workflow optimization, and reporting best practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to support global HR teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience in HR data audits, system migrations, and workforce reporting.
