The selected candidates shall be on probation for a period of 01 (one) year with an attractive compensation package. After completion of the probation period, he/she will be absorbed as “Officer(Cash)”.

l-Arafah Islami Bank Limited is a shariah-compliant bank in Bangladesh founded on 27 September 1995. A shariah council of the bank is responsible for ensuring the bank activities meet shariah requirements. The headquarters are located in Motijheel, Dhaka. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has initiated a project entitled “Krishi O Grameen Khudra Biniog Prokolpa (Microfinance). With this project, Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited is working for the reduction of poverty, development in agricultural sectors, creation of job opportunities, etc.

Eligibilities

• Minimum qualification: Masters Degree from any recognized university or equivalent madrasha degree with the following calculation:
• SSC and HSC: GPA-4.00 & above in scale of GPA 5 = 3 points, GPA 3.00 to 3.99 = 2 points.
• Graduation (Hons. or pass) & Masters or equivalent Madrasha Degree: GPA 3.00 & above in scale of GPA 4 = 3, GPA 2.00 to 2.99=2 points.

Others:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English and Bengali (Oral and Written)
• Must have basic computer operational knowledge, especially in MS Office, e-mail, etc.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.

Age not over 30 years as on 19.01.2021.
