Internship Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Communicate and coordinate the target audience, stakeholders, and partners.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets to fulfill targets. (If he/she can exceed the target with his/her satisfactory work-skill then he/she will be rewarded on the basis of our profit)
- Plan and manage our social media platforms.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Create campaign plans & do accordingly.
- Interns will only report to the corresponding Executive Officer.
- Having an Idea of content and graphics will be valued more.
We are working based on students in digital skill development. Our ambition is to make our youth skilled at the digital platforms and opens the door of multi earning process for them.

Eligibilities
Educational Qualification:
- Must be at least HSC/A-levels.
Other Requirements:
- Must be physically & mentally fit and sound.
- Must be able to join virtual office at night through zoom.
- Must have good language skills in Bangla & English.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must have a sense of accountability & responsibility.
