Core Responsibility:
- Social Media & Digital Marketing-Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Planner in implementing overall communications and marketing plans
- focusing specifically on digital communications
- to build awareness in the community and to increase
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn etc.
- Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar to promote sales, blogs and products
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to refine social media strategy and best practices.
- Prepare weekly updates and reports to track growth and success rates of campaigns.
- Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities.
- Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly.
- Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
- Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs.
Probashi is a connectivity platform in between Non-Resident Bangladeshi & local Bangladeshi.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field.
- Have knowledge about Video making (animation).
- 1 year of social media management experience
- Comfortable with working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content.
- Entry-level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique audience
- Entry-level understanding of marketing strategy and how to use the concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
