Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Team, maintaining spreadsheets, calendars, and employee files.
- Assist with updating and maintaining job descriptions, candidate information, and interview feedback.
- Gain exposure to overall business Operation processes and Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Perform other duties and complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, invoices, and other documents.

Eligibilities
- Understanding and/or interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Effectively manages time and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to absorb information quickly and execute tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (G Suite) applications, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- BBA in Accounting/HR preferred.
