Job Responsibilities
- Assisting on the day to day operations of the team.
- Update and enhance management dashboards to provide critical decision-making information to executive management.
- Working with the team to optimize the customer review compliance process.
- Ability to create new processes and take them from idea to full production roll out A sociable individual with first-class communication skills.
- Ongoing campaign management; ensuring campaigns are implemented correctly, trafficking these and ensuring the correct campaign setups.
- Provide suggestions to management for improving services and internal processes.
- Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems. Assists in creating performance reports.
