We are looking for a few sales hungry contributors to play a critical role in the growth of Soppiya’s SaaS business unit. The Sales Executive will report to the Team Leader and be a key player in bringing our mission to life. You will work on the front line, increasing product awareness and providing life-saving solutions to commercial organizations.
This is a self-driven position where building strong relationships, generating and converting qualified leads into happy customers are keys to success. Our ideal candidate is someone who uses a customer-centric approach to create wins in the commercial market.
- Understand our target market, our unique value, and how to communicate that to prospective customers.
- Responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets by selling company products through effective coverage.
- Bringing continuous growth of sales within the assigned territory.
- Explore markets for a wide range of outlet coverage and Create awareness, building relationships with potential client executives to develop/pursue leads.
- Schedule and manage the sales process based on warm inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting of prospecting, pipeline and forecast to team lead.
- Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and develop consensus.
- Negotiate and close orders based on prescribed guidelines.
- Meet monthly and quarterly qualified lead and revenue objectives.
- Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

- BDT10,000 per month for the first 6 months.
- After successful completion of the probation period as Trainee Executive, the incumbents will be promoted to Junior Executive and attractive remuneration will be offered based upon performance.

- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or B.Sc in CSE/IT or any related discipline
- At most 1-year
- Experience in sales or enterprise SAAS platform will be given a priority
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

- Male and Female both Can apply (Preferably Male)
- The candidate should be well-mannered, focused and challenging in achieving the goals
- A Love of learning, leadership and analytical skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Mail service
- Technology sales experience, preferably B2B software or SaaS will be plus
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English writing and speaking
- High level of energy, motivation, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
- Target-oriented with a can-do attitude
