The primary role of the Recruitment Intern under this request is to support Recruitment Specialist of VSO Bangladesh on the ongoing different types of volunteer recruitment of various projects. This role will also support to build the capacity of in-country voluntary workforce selectors to help deliver key aspects of the volunteer journey including assessment and training.

Eligibilities
- Enrollment in an undergraduate-level OR graduate-level degree in business administration major in HRM. Only students who are going to complete their degree upon completion of their internship assignments are eligible
- Initially for 06 months placement in Dhaka country office but extensive field travel will be required
