- Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client’s business.
- Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Perform every call and Social media support actively to solve the client’s problem.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat skype and any desk software.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
- Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
- Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
- Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
- Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Salary: TK. 4000/- (Monthly)
- Diploma in CSE from Public Polytechnic Institute
- Age 21 to 26 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply.
- Similar experience in the BPO industry or running call center will get preference.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Good listening skills and analytical skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
- Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams
- Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
