Augmedix is looking for Intern-Customer Support 2021 in Dhaka
The Customer Support team works 1:1 with doctors across the United States. They personally troubleshoot and escalate technical issues from our Bangladesh office. The Customer Support-Intern is expected to be hungry for a new opportunity to learn and grow in a position that is equal parts of customer success and technical support.
Internship Responsibilities:
- Create proper documentation and escalate/follow up for resolution
- Communicating with different stakeholders
- Analyze and prepare any report based on available information
Augmedix converts natural clinician-patient conversations into precise medical documentation and offers live support, including referrals, orders, and reminders, allowing clinicians to focus on what matters most, caring for patients.
