Job Responsibilities:

• Thorough in responding to client campaign requests received while working alongside the team on day-to-day requirements
• Actively participate in supporting client reports, competitive data requirements, setups of Quarterly Business Reviews or monthly/weekly reviews or interim reports
• Monitor campaign budget/spend optimization while working closely with the Ad-Operations and Reporting Teams to ensure delivery of the agreed client KPIs
• Build trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders
• Be the go to person for key campaign performance information and have operational understanding of digital platforms such as FB/Google/Search
• Be open to sharing ideas and be exploratory in driving innovation or innovative ways of delivering to the problem
