Job Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR operations activities, including employee documentation, record management, and HR process coordination.
- Maintain and update employee databases, HR trackers, and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, communication, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee data management activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, internal events, and HR initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and operational dashboards.
- Support policy communication and ensure proper documentation of HR procedures.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Help maintain HR compliance and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
- Assist in organizing learning, development, and wellness initiatives as required.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Human Resource Management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.

- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Active involvement in extracurricular activities or university clubs is highly appreciated.
