Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of credit appraisal reports and also doing all the tasks associated with it including financial statement analysis and initial risk assessment of each of the proposals.
- Assisting in acquisition of potential client(s).
- Providing regular customer service as and when required.
- Applying due diligence and ensuring compliance in the work process.
- Jointly working with the team to customize financial products as per the requirement of the client.
- Ensuring smooth recovery of the asset products.
- Participating in activities to grow the customer base for asset and liabilities products of the company.

Job Requirements:
Education
- MBM or MBA/BBA majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Banking with minimum CGPA of 3.00 (on the scale of 4) from any reputed University.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant department in Bank or Financial Institution
Other Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Having strong problem-solving, analytic, organizational, research and decision-making skills.
- Strong analytical ability and willingness to assess clients from different sectors.
- Should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Should also have knowledge of financial institution operations, policies and procedures, and credit systems.
- Should have the ability to work under pressure.
