BRAC International is looking for Manager/Sr. Manager, Youth Empowerment 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support and Quality Assurance
- Provide technical guidance to country teams on youth empowerment activities, curriculum rollout, and SOPs.
- Conduct field visits, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
- Establish systems for supervision, monitoring, and quality assurance of youth programs.
2. Programme Development
- Assess needs and design innovative youth programs across BI countries.
- Contribute to project design, proposal development, and budget preparation.
- Represent BI in donor and partner meetings to share program strategies and achievements.
3. Grants Management
- Support grant kick-offs, reviews, and donor reporting for youth empowerment projects.
- Assist with budget monitoring and implementation of action plans.
4. Capacity Building
- Identify capacity gaps and deliver staff training for AIM and youth programs.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across countries and sectors.
5. Safeguarding
- Ensure program decisions prioritize participant safety and dignity.
- Actively engage in safeguarding discussions, report incidents, and support investigations appropriately.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Youth Development, Education, Social Science, Development Studies, International Development, Gender Studies, or Community Development (preferred).
2. Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in NGOs, preferably in adolescent and youth development or related programs.
- Experience in providing technical guidance and supportive supervision to geographically dispersed teams.
- Prior exposure to Global South development challenges, especially in Asia and Africa.
