International Rescue Committee (IRC) is looking for Senior Partnerships Officer 2025 in Cox’s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote Effective Partnerships
- Support implementation of IRC’s PEERS system and ensure principled partnership practices.
- Assist with partner scoping, onboarding, vetting, capacity assessments, and risk management.
- Document partner feedback, challenges, and learnings to strengthen collaboration.
2. Partnership Management
- Facilitate communication and issue resolution between IRC and partners.
- Assist in drafting and managing partnership agreements, amendments, and MoUs.
- Support compliance monitoring, financial reviews, and partnership workshops.
- Coordinate timely fund transfers and maintain partnership trackers.
3. Partner Support & Capacity Sharing
- Support capacity strengthening plans, proposal development, and problem-solving with partners.
- Organize and facilitate learning events, mentoring, and peer learning activities.
- Track progress of partner support and provide continuous guidance.
4. Organizational Development
- Facilitate participatory organizational development processes, including assessments and action plans.
- Support resource mobilization for partners’ institutional growth.
5. Learning & Staff Development
- Promote mutual learning between IRC and partners.
- Adapt and improve capacity-sharing tools and methodologies.
- Support IRC staff in strengthening partnership principles and practices.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field.
2. Required Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in humanitarian or development programs with (I)NGOs.
- Experience in partnership and/or grants management.
- Prior experience working with USG, FCDO, ECHO, or other European donors preferred.
- Experience in project cycle management, planning, and tracking multi-sectoral projects.
