- Creating a restaurant menu with proper description and price as per SOP.
- Updating restaurant menu update requests within the defined SLA.
- Manage menu-related projects to improve customer experiences.
- Communicate and guide restaurants to onboard on the foodpanda platform.
- Conduct regular Quality check tasks to ensure better performance.
