BRAC is looking for Assistant Officer, Production (BRAC Fisheries Enterprise) 2025 in Maulvibazar.
Job Responsibilities:
- Planning, Budgeting and implementation of production plan of Food Fish
- All preparation work of production in time. Ensure of all necessary inputs of production in time
- Give technical knowledge to staff for achieving yearly target of production
- Take necessary action for pond preparation, liming, fertilization, water treatment, disease preventive measure etc
- To give fish feed as proper percent in accurate time
- To sale marketable size of food fish in appropriate time
- To measure fish weight time to time for proper FCR record
- Monitoring of all production work regularly and feedback to staff for improving their activity
- Reporting to Manager in daily and monthly
- Maintain all production related register and analysis
- Staff supervision and assessment.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, aligning with program safeguarding goals.
- Serve as a key resource for safeguarding policies, fostering a safe and respectful working environment.
- Promote and enforce safeguarding standards within all operations and team activities.
- Promptly report safeguarding concerns and encourage a culture of accountability and reporting.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Preferred academic background in Fisheries or related fields.
- Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience supervising production staff and managing labor.
- Knowledge of fish nursery and grow-out farming operations.
- Proficient in computer operation and able to work under pressure.
- Diploma in Fisheries with a minimum of 2nd class/division or CGPA 2.50 in all academic records.
- Consideration for age, education, and experience will be given to highly qualified candidates.
