Jotun Bangladesh is looking for Maintenance Manager 2025 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and engage the Maintenance team to build competence and meet current and future operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ISO standards, and Jotun’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) systems, with a focus on maintaining critical safety equipment across all sites.
- Manage and improve maintenance plans, systems, spare parts inventory, team performance, external service contracts, and costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing the Jotun Operations System (JOS) and proactive Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs.
- Minimize equipment downtime by regularly reviewing asset performance and identifying areas for operational improvement.
- Support equipment selection processes, including participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when required.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Mechanical or Instrumental Engineering degree from any University.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Chemical Industry.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, able to manage teams effectively while ensuring consistent brand voice and audience engagement.
- Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.
- Quickly understands and analyzes complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments
- Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results
- Co-operates well with others; shares knowledge, experience, and information; supports others in the pursuit of team goals.
- Communicates in a clear, precise and structured way; speaks with authority and conviction; presents effectively.
