Job Responsibilities:
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards for the CEO and leadership team, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Assess the impact of strategic initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop frameworks and models to measure business performance and identify optimization areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Support in setting targets and benchmarks for various business units.
Strategic Support & Insights
- Assist in business reviews, board presentations, and leadership discussions by providing relevant data and insights.
- Conduct deep dives into operational challenges and provide fact-based recommendations.
- Benchmark company performance against industry trends and competitors.
Project & Initiative Support
- Support the CEO Office in driving strategic projects and special initiatives.
- Work with different departments to implement performance improvement plans.
- Ensure effective tracking and execution of key business priorities.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy role.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL).
- Experience in working with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
