Job Responsibilities:
1.Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Interpret data, analyze results, and generate ongoing reports.
- Develop strategic reports including quarterly summaries, monthly trends, week-over-week analysis, and daily reporting.
- Assist in trend reporting on data inaccuracies to help operations leadership identify root causes.
2. Database & System Management:
- Assist in implementing databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
- Acquire data from primary and secondary sources, including third-party partner systems, and maintain databases.
3. Data Interpretation & Insights:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Use data patterns to identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, collaborating with teams to develop solutions.
4. Business Prioritization & Optimization:
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs.
- Identify process and system gaps, proposing automation and optimization solutions for improvement.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
2. Knowledge & Experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
- Proficiency in reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and databases (SQL, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.).
- Excellent analytical skills—ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in queries, report writing, and presenting data insights.
- Experience with stored procedures (a plus).
