Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media plans that align with Shop’s brand marketing strategies and grow an engaged following of online shoppers
- Be a market-facing face and voice of the Shop brand on social
- Personally concept and produce captivating owned social content across formats and channels
- Collaborate with brands and creators to inform and execute the social deliverables of Shop marketing partnerships
- Collaborate with internal teams across Shop and Shopify on tentpole marketing campaigns, acting as Shop’s primary social media channel strategist
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies that enhance engagement and reach.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to maximize results and report progress to management
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to amplify brand marketing campaigns and product marketing launches.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience building the social media function at a consumer brand
- Ability to execute programs from start to finish, across formats and channels
- Wide range of content production skills, from script writing to video editing
- Excellent collaborator with internal and external stakeholders in a corporate setting
- Passionate about testing and optimizing, you have successfully built a program and rolled it out at scale in the past
- Takes initiative, keeps organized, pays close attention to detail, and can handle multiple projects at once
- Enthusiastic and hard working with a “no task is too small” attitude
