Lalamove is looking for Associate (Inbound), Sales 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms, qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend delivery solutions.
- Verify lead details, assess interest level, and use lead scoring based on predefined criteria (e.g., job title, industry, budget).
- Develop strategies to maximize lead conversion, follow up regularly, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities. In addition, build strong client relationships and ensure service excellence throughout the sales process.
- Execute inbound sales plans to meet or exceed targets, identify inquiry trends, and optimize strategies by industry. Track and analyze sales metrics using CRM tools, and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Driver Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve lead generation and delivery experiences.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors, and share feedback to enhance campaigns and customer engagement.
- Support Outbound Sales for joint campaigns, events, and market intelligence to refine inbound strategies.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- A proactive, passionate, and detail-oriented mindset with strong self-initiative.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bangla.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in business contexts.
