Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of Axentec ICT Solution at key organizations to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.

• Create value for customers by partnering to define success and building a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve their goals.

• Guide IT executives through the organizational changes needed to unlock the full value of the ICT Solution, Cloud, and help them staff, train, and align their people and partners to deliver on their cloud transformation.

• Draw on knowledge of project management principles to plan and monitor ICT Solution focusing on ERP projects to ensure the project stays on schedule and changes to dates are communicated.

• Stakeholder management across business teams including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Care, Product Management, UX design, Network and Engineering.

• Establish and leverage key internal relationships to create a strong working team.

• Create and maintain project documentation and status updates.

• Provide support to teams to drive action items and follow up on unanswered questions regarding project scope and dependencies, report and escalate issues with sensitivity to messaging to stakeholders and leadership, as necessary.

• Generate new business opportunities from existing & new clients, understand GSM call flow, the technology evaluation of Telco Industry knowledge about 5G and Industry 4.0.
