BRAC is looking for Junior Specialist, Programming, BRAC Education Programme (BEP) 2023 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor technology solution development following the appropriate methodology, which includes requirement analysis, UI design, testing, bug fixing, deployment, maintenance, etc.
- Analyze, manage, and monitor the development of software and APIs using various programming languages, including Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, EJB, Hibernate, AngularJS, Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap, MySQL, and Oracle.
- Managing core system and API development in the Spring Boot framework, alongside a strong understanding of API Testing.
- Regularly monitor the user experience of existing BEP solutions, refining them according to user requirements to ensure smooth operation of software solutions, including mobile apps.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, programme operations & team building and diplomatic skills including the ability to effectively liaise with people in diverse multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, AngularJS, Angular, jQuery, bootstrap and MySQL is required, and experience in Mobile App development is a plus.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to interpret, analyze, and represent educational development issues across a variety of contexts to a diverse set of stakeholders including policymakers, implementation agencies and donors.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
B.Sc in Computer Science or other relevant discipline from any recognized university.
- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.
