Robi is hiring Manager, HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the implementation of Competency Development Program for line functions to create succession and build Talent Management Pipeline with the assistance of central HR unit.
- Organization design and perform change management initiatives in respond to the need of organization changes.
- Leading the change management being the Ambassador of the same to respond to need of organizational changes.
- Build strategic partnership and collaboration with line functions to create ground for acceptance & friendly adoption of HR strategies by business units
- Perform and facilitates the overall performance management system for employee development & organizational improvement
- Evaluate and recommend job competency requirements for development, career progression & build up leadership ability
- Managing Transfer, Confirmation, and Contract renewal processes with the help of team members for the Business unit
- Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for Line functions on all HR related issue
- Execute the line function for people planning and propose new policies, process, procedure to achieve competency & organizational capabilities with periodical review
- Drive the process development in the area of resourcing and policy implementation to ensure compliance in the area of Resourcing.
- Involve in sourcing or targeted search by using effective sourcing tools.
