bKash Ltd. is looking for Team Lead, Merchant Development 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Acquisition Team to:
- Ensure acquisition of quality merchants
- Oversee lead collection, lead management and merchant pitching as per specific merchant categories
- Ensure proper merchant onboarding and training of new merchants
- Habituate them to accept payment through bKash
- Oversee Servicing Team to:
- Ensure proper servicing of merchants by overseeing merchant issue and complaint resolution
- Cater to generic and unique merchant requests to retain merchants within the bKash ecosystem
- Drive Payment Count & Amount through customized offerings and campaigns for each merchant category
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate visibility
- Promoting Merchant Value Added Services that will expand their revenue stream
- Maintain a pool of Field Forces (MAO/MMO/MDO) and ensure they are paying routine visits to merchants with diligence and communicating properly as per their role
- Take up the responsibility of Business viability for each of its assigned territories, irrespective of the operation being under Distribution or Own Team

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Age at least 29 years
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in any discipline (BBA is preferred).
- Job Experience:
- Candidates with at least 5 years of Experience and 2 years in Leadership Role
- Candidates from TELCO/MFS/Bank/Financial Institution will be given preference
