Key Accountabilities
- Achieve Revenue target for assigned part of Territory.
- Achieve Distribution Target in terms of new outlet expansion
- Manage Distribution Operation for assigned Distribution Area
- Manage Distribution Hygiene all across the functions of Distribution Operation as guided by company
- Ensure 100% Sales Compliance as per regulators directives
- Ensure Trade Visibility & Effective campaign communication at channels
- Develop & Lead Distributor`s Field Force
- Optimize & monitor company provided resources to support distribution activities
- RStore, MFS (Robi Cash), Binge product availability through channel partners and even distribution
- Implement Digital/ Hybrid Distribution
- Implement Distributor Financing
- Financial Impact: 20-30% of Regions revenue contribution (Direct)
