World Bank is hiring E T Consultant 2022 in Dhaka.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- ET Consultant will support the Senior Operations Officer for Gender in SA in running a gender standalone project and providing direct client services in this area.
- For this work, the ETC will support business development, project design and support day-to-day delivery of advisory services to clients as well as knowledge management, communications and research.
- In addition, the ETC will serve as a resource for various project teams in the region and be based in IFC’s Dhaka office.

Eligibilities
Selection Criteria
• Master’s degree in economics, business or other relevant disciplines required
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is a requirement.
• Experience in fields relevant to private sector development; experience working with gender and private sector is an advantage.
• Work experience in an emerging market environment strongly preferred, experience in South Asia region is a requirement.
• Experience working with WBG systems and/ or direct experience in Bangladesh
• Proven ability to conceptualize, design and implement client engagements and to produce complex analytical reports for clients
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to support execution of projects, management of resources and delivery against timelines
• Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and confidently, articulate issues and recommend solutions- strong writing and editing skills required
• Ability to work effectively under time pressure with high capacity to produce quality work
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and oral required. Local language skills are an advantage
• Highly collaborative, curious, innovative and entrepreneurial while flexibly able to adapt to working in a large development finance institution
