Economics Study Center (ESC) is the pioneer student chapter of the Department of Economics, University of Dhaka. As an active student body of the University of Dhaka, Economics Study Center organizes regular workshops to hone the skills of the students.
With the COVID-19 pandemic worsening, it is imperative for us to maintain the social distancing protocols to flatten the curve. However, we feel that it is imperative to focus on creative endeavours at this critical time to boost the morale of the students.
In this scenario, they will be hosting an Online Workshop Series on their Facebook Page this April. The workshops will focus on the following topics:
a) Workshop on Policy Making: This workshop will equip the students to use the knowledge and theories of Economics to come up with policies to solve the most burning socio-economic issues of our country

b) Workshop on Presentation Skills: The goal of this workshop is to provide the students with the necessary guidance on making a stellar presentation.
c) Workshop on Data-Driven Reporting: This workshop will enable prospective writers to learn the methods of properly utilizing data in their articles.
d) Workshop on Graphic Designing: This workshop will provide the participants with necessary direction on how to produce top tier visuals.
