Pathao is hiring Product Designers in Dhaka 2020. They’re looking for passionate Product Designers who put the users first.
Who can use design thinking and human-centric design approaches to design products that their customers love. You’ll work with teams from Engineering, Operations, Marketing to name just a few. You have a bias toward action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product design process at Pathao speed.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinate with other designers and discuss product requirement briefs
- Do cross-functional team collaboration with product, engineering, and other stakeholders
- Have a good understanding of how the product works
- Do research on competitors products, and keep up with product design trends and processes
- Conduct design jam sessions
- Take ownership of design projects and manage design documentation
- Know how to plan accordingly and deliver designs within deadline
- Work on prototypes to bring ideas to life
- Present design iterations to stakeholders and senior management based on feedbacks
- Define measurable metrics and prepare reports upon completion of design projects

Eligibilities
- Creative and problem-solving mindset
- Adequate skills and knowledge on design tools and software like Sketch, Principle, Framer.js, etc.
- Good prototyping skills
- Very good understanding of human-centric design
- Ability to defend your designs with logical reasoning based on context
- Good communication skills to be able to explain ideas to a variety of stakeholders and different teams
- Ability to collaborate very well in a team
- Pay attention to detail and be very precise
- 2+ years of experience as an interface designer
