Responsibilities:
- To carry out the work of items technical datasheet analysis.
- To do order planning based on MOQ/Stock/shelf life of the items.
- To develop new overseas suppliers.
- To collect quotation, do cost analysis based on multiple supplier’s quotation and Import duty figure.
- To authorize approval collection, purchase order preparation for suppliers.
- PSI arrangement.
- Items shipment terms selection and commercial terms selection, Import PI and shipping documents
- checking, Store and inventory communication, Raw materials quality development with suppliers.
- Suppliers’ relationship builds up.
- Global market price and supply chain tracking.
- Supplier building for crucial items.
- Sample’s sourcing and shipment follow up.
