Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in solving complex analytical problems; experience in the e-commerce or telecom industry, business consulting, operations, strategy, or tech start-ups.
- University degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Economics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Analytical skills: Ability to develop actionable insights from complex data. Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data visualization. You are proficient in Excel/Sheets. Basic SQL data-driven skills are an added advantage.
- Solution-oriented mindset: Naturally curious and motivated to solve problems, however complicated or ambiguous they may be. Ability to understand root cause elements, break down complexities, and create a structured approach and design workstreams to achieve the objective.
- Collaboration & leadership: Great team lead and team player with strong, demonstrated leadership capabilities. Ability to manage a diverse team locally and engage with multiple regional stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
