What You Will Be Doing:

• Requirement gathering for Atlassian product suite (JIRA, JSM, Opsgenie etc)
• Plan and lead the migration of company’s Service Desk tool to JSM
• Review existing JIRA configuration, projects, workflows, permissions, dashboards and identify areas of improvement
• Creating and migrating JIRA projects and modifying workflows, fields and screens.
• Develop reporting metrics, dashboards and advanced filters in JIRA/JSM/Confluence to provide the leadership team with relevant reporting and KPI tracking.
• Basic knowledge of Azure, Databases (like SQL/NoSQL)

What You Need For This Role:

• 5+ years’ experience in Atlassian products including JIRA, Confluence, JIRA Service Management, Opsgenie and 3rd party add-ons.
• 5+ years’ experience with business process improvement and automation
• 3+ years’ migration to Jira experience
• BSC in Computer Science or related discipline with relevant certifications
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex IT processes and systems
• Jira Atlassian certification
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and Agile Framework
• Project Management certification is a plus
